Amends Minnesota Statutes section 181.032 to require employers provide earnings statements and written employment notices to employees containing specified pay, deduction, and employer information.

Exempts school districts, public school entities, and charter schools governed by chapter 124E from requirements to provide written employment notices and notice of changes if employment information is specified in an applicable contract or collective bargaining agreement.

Requires employers to keep signed copies of employment notices acknowledging employee receipt, with notices provided in English and in employee-requested languages with assistance from the commissioner.

Requires employers to notify employees of written changes to employment information prior to the date changes take effect, except for exempt school entities.
