Requires 50 percent of dentist education loan forgiveness funds to be allocated for rural dentists under Minnesota's health professional education loan forgiveness program.

Maintains existing dentist eligibility criteria: delivering at least 25 percent of yearly patient encounters to state public program enrollees or sliding fee schedule patients, or practicing in designated rural areas that are currently unserved or underserved.

Unallocated dentist funds may be redistributed proportionally among other eligible health professions if insufficient qualified applicants apply in a given year.

Amends Minnesota Statutes 2018, section 144.1501, subdivisions 2 and 4, establishing the fund allocation requirement.
