$8,812,000 appropriated in fiscal year 2021 from general fund to reimburse counties for ineligible federal claims related to substance use disorder services in institutions for mental disease provided between January 1, 2014, and June 30, 2019.

Counties must pay in full any unpaid consolidated chemical dependency treatment fund invoiced shares before receiving allocated reimbursement amounts, which are distributed proportionally based on each county's estimated share of statewide costs.

Unspecified amount appropriated for grants to counties, Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe, and White Earth Band of Chippewa to reimburse county and tribal shares of unpaid federal Title IV-E foster care reimbursement claims caused by children's residential facility staff noncompliance with federal background study requirements between July 1, 2019, and March 1, 2020.

Unspecified amount appropriated for grants to counties and tribes to reimburse costs incurred related to repaying cash assistance program participants from whom overpayments were collected between August 1, 2016, and November 1, 2019.

All three appropriations are designated as one-time only.
