Appropriates $2,400,000 from the bond proceeds account in the trunk highway fund to the commissioner of transportation for design, engineering, and construction of a bridge on marked Trunk Highway 64 crossing Eleventh Crow Wing Lake in Akeley Township.

Authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to $2,400,000 to provide funding for the appropriation.

Requires bond proceeds (excluding accrued interest and premiums) to be deposited in the bond proceeds account in the trunk highway fund.

Bonds shall be issued according to Minnesota Statutes sections 167.50 to 167.52 and Minnesota Constitution article XIV, section 11, at times and amounts requested by the commissioner of transportation.

Effective the day following final enactment.
