Prohibits landlords from increasing rent in residential buildings with one or more state or federally subsidized dwelling units by more than the annual percentage increase in the Consumer Price Index published by the Bureau of Labor Statistics.

Applies to any lease entered into on, before, or after the effective date of August 1, 2020.

Adds new section 504B.152 to Minnesota Statutes chapter 504B.
