Amends Minnesota Statutes 2018, section 120B.30, subdivision 3, to modify test result reporting requirements for school districts and the state education commissioner

Commissioner must report test results publicly including performance achievement levels, demographic factors correlating with student performance (including student homelessness), and comparative data among school sites, districts, states, and nations, excluding personally identifiable information

Commissioner must disseminate test information to school districts within 30 days of receiving results, including individual student performance history and comprehensive reports for evaluating instruction and curriculum

Commissioner must disseminate test information to charter school authorizers no more than 30 days after receiving results, including anonymized data with sufficient cell count to protect student identity

School districts must disseminate individual student performance data to parents and teachers within 30 days of receiving information from the commissioner and must provide final testing reports before the beginning of the following school year; effective dates are 2021-2022 school year for paragraphs (a)-(c) and 2022-2023 school year for paragraph (d)
