Authorizes issuance of up to $10,000,000 in housing infrastructure bonds classified as qualified 501(c)(3) bonds under Internal Revenue Code section 145(a).

Required housing funded from these bonds must be permanent housing providing integrated, community-based settings for individuals with disabilities.

Establishes annual state appropriations from the general fund to the housing infrastructure bond account beginning July 15, 2023, through 2044, to cover debt service on bonds issued under this authorization.

Amends Minnesota Statutes 2018, section 462A.37, and Minnesota Statutes 2019 Supplement, section 462A.37, subdivision 5, to add new bond authorization and appropriation provisions.

Effective the day following final enactment.
