Allows individuals to request a graphic or written mental health identifier on their Minnesota driver's license or identification card upon written request at the time of photograph or image capture.

Permits individuals with autism spectrum disorder (as defined in section 62A.3094) to request a specific autism spectrum identifier on their driver's license or identification card.

Prohibits the inclusion of any specific medical information on the driver's license or identification card, limiting the identifier to a graphic or written designation only.

Applies to both the Department of Public Safety commissioner's issuance of driver's licenses and Minnesota identification cards.

Amends Minnesota Statutes 2019 Supplement section 171.07, subdivision 6a, and adds new subdivision 6b to Minnesota Statutes 2018 section 171.07.
