Appropriates $800,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the Commissioner of Natural Resources for a grant to the city of Beardsley for drain line repairs.

Authorizes removal and replacement of a portion of drain line in the gravity pipe system that removes excess water from Dry Lake and prevents flooding.

Authorizes the Commissioner of Management and Budget to sell and issue state bonds up to $800,000 to fund the appropriation.

Takes effect the day following final enactment.
