Appropriates $1,700,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the commissioner of natural resources for a grant to the city of Mora for high water mitigation improvements at Mora Lake.

Grant funds will be used to design and construct improvements including installation of intake and outlet structures, and associated sanitary sewer and road replacement.

No nonstate match is required for this appropriation.

Authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to $1,700,000 to provide the appropriated funds, according to Minnesota Statutes sections 16A.631 to 16A.675 and the Minnesota Constitution article XI, sections 4 to 7.

Effective the day following final enactment.
