Appropriates $4,000,000 for predesign, design, and renovation of the Historic Glensheen Estate, including the main house, site structures, terraces, garden walls, and carriage house.

Removes the matching fund requirement that previously required an equal amount to be committed from other sources before the appropriation could be used.

Allows the appropriation to be made available for discrete projects or phases that are part of the overall renovation.

Amends Laws 2018, chapter 214, article 1, section 2, subdivision 6, effective the day following final enactment.
