Authorizes the City of Maple Plain to establish a redevelopment tax increment financing district within two specified property identification numbers (2411824340069 and 2411824340028).

Deems the district to automatically meet all requirements under Minnesota Statutes, section 469.174, subdivision 10, if the city adopts a tax increment financing plan.

Extends the standard five-year rule under Minnesota Statutes, section 469.1763, subdivision 3, to a ten-year period for this district.

Authority to approve a tax increment financing plan under this provision expires on December 31, 2025.

Becomes effective the day after the City of Maple Plain's governing body and chief clerical officer comply with notification requirements under Minnesota Statutes, section 645.021.
