Amends Minnesota Statutes section 144A.291 to modify the fee schedule for the Board of Executives for Long Term Services and Supports.

Eliminates separate fees for health services executive initial license ($200) and renewal license ($200) from the fee schedule.

Renumbers remaining fee categories to consolidate the fee schedule after removal of the two health services executive license fees.

Appropriates $467,000 from the state government special revenue fund for fiscal year 2021 board operations, with base funding of $722,000 for fiscal year 2022 and $742,000 for fiscal year 2023.

Maintains all other licensing fees including application for licensure ($200), state examination ($125), renewal license ($250), and continuing education fees.
