Appropriates $30,000,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the commissioner of management and budget for grants under Minnesota Statutes, section 245G.011

Authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to $30,000,000 to fund the appropriation

Bonds shall be issued in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, sections 16A.631 to 16A.675, and Minnesota Constitution, article XI, sections 4 to 7

Grants are designated for regional behavioral health crisis facilities in selected communities

Section becomes effective the day following final enactment
