Appropriates $500,000 in fiscal year 2021 from the general fund to the commissioner of human services for emergency shelter and transitional and long-term housing beds for sexually exploited youth and youth at risk of sexual exploitation, with priority given to capacity building in greater Minnesota.

Appropriates $500,000 in fiscal year 2021 from the general fund to the commissioner of health for trauma-informed, culturally specific services for sexually exploited youth under the Safe Harbor Act.

Appropriates $500,000 in fiscal year 2021 from the general fund to the commissioner of health for additional regional navigators to serve sexually exploited youth.

All three appropriations are added to the base budget and take effect in fiscal year 2021.
