Amends Laws 2008, chapter 179, section 18, subdivision 3 to modify a $3,400,000 capital appropriation for Department of Human Services campus redevelopment, demolition, and renovation projects.

Allocates up to $125,000 for preparation and site development of the Ah Gwah Ching Regional Treatment Center, initially grantable to Cass County.

Allows unspent appropriation portions to be granted to the city of Walker if Cass County transfers the campus to Walker.

Permits Cass County to convey the former Ah Gwah Ching Regional Treatment Center campus to Independent School District No. 113, Walker Hackensack Akeley at no cost for school purposes, notwithstanding other statutory requirements.

Effective upon the day following final enactment.
