Establishes a grain storage facility safety grant program requiring the Commissioner of Agriculture to award cost-share grants to Minnesota farmers for safety equipment, limited to $500 or 75 percent of documented costs, whichever is less.

Eligible safety equipment includes fall protection systems, personal protective equipment for grain bin emergencies, engineering controls to prevent contact with moving parts, and other commissioner-approved equipment.

Provides cost-share grants for grain silo air quality monitoring equipment, limited to $500 or 75 percent of documented costs, whichever is less.

Appropriates $25,000 in fiscal year 2021 to the University of Minnesota Extension to create and present grain storage facility safety curriculum in collaboration with 4-H, Future Farmers of America, and school agriculture programs, with results due by January 10, 2022.

Appropriates $25,000 in fiscal year 2021 for grants to develop digital applications allowing remote power-off of grain storage facilities via cell phone or electronic device, with a report due by January 15, 2021.
