Appropriates $700,000 from bond proceeds to the Public Facilities Authority for a grant to Chisago County to predesign, design, and construct an extension of the Shorewood Park Sanitary Sewer District system to 20 homes on Rush Lake.

Appropriates $1,000,000 from bond proceeds to the Public Facilities Authority for a grant to Chisago County to acquire property and predesign, design, construct, furnish, and equip a sewage treatment pond for the Shorewood Park Sanitary Sewer District system.

Both appropriations are contingent on the commissioner of management and budget determining that sufficient nonstate resources have been committed to complete the projects.

Authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to $1,700,000 to provide the appropriated funds.

Effective the day following final enactment.
