Requires the Board of Trustees of Minnesota State Colleges and Universities to include an associate degree in applied science as an approved transfer pathway associate degree under the board's transfer pathways policy.

The associate degree in applied science requirement is in addition to associate degrees already required under Laws 2014, chapter 312, article 1, section 12.

Mandates the Board of Trustees submit a report to legislative committees with jurisdiction over higher education policy by March 15, 2021 detailing progress toward implementing the applied science transfer pathway.

Requires the report to describe any additional actions needed to fully implement the applied science transfer pathway policy.
