Appropriates $1,500,000 from the trunk highway fund bond proceeds account to the commissioner of transportation to design and construct a roundabout on Trunk Highway 41 at the Minnetonka Middle School West entrance and exit in Chanhassen.

Authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue up to $1,500,000 in state trunk highway bonds to fund the appropriation.

Bond proceeds, excluding accrued interest and premiums, must be deposited in the trunk highway fund bond proceeds account.

Bonds are issued under the authority of Minnesota Statutes sections 167.50 to 167.52 and the Minnesota Constitution, article XIV, section 11.

Section becomes effective the day following final enactment.
