• Allows on-sale liquor licensees closed under Executive Order 20-04 to make off-sales of malt liquor and wine without obtaining an additional license.

• Off-sales must be sold in original, unopened packaging and made in conjunction with food orders to the same recipient.

• Limits off-sales to 144 ounces total of malt liquor, hard seltzer, and cider, plus 1.5 liters of wine per food order.

• Municipalities may elect to prohibit these off-sales within their jurisdictions.

• Provision expires when Executive Order 20-04, as modified and extended, or any subsequent related executive order regarding bar and restaurant closures expires, is terminated, or is rescinded.
