• Approved businesses must post the commissioner's approval in a conspicuous public location or on their website, with approval conditional on adherence to the submitted safe operation plan.

• Commissioner may revoke approval if a business is found in breach of its approved plan; the peacetime emergency period provision ends no later than January 31, 2021.
