• Appropriates $1,200,000 from bond proceeds to the Public Facilities Authority for a grant to the city of Oronoco to acquire land, easements, and design/engineer a wastewater collection, conveyance, and treatment system serving Oronoco and the Oronoco Estates Manufactured Home Community.

• Appropriates $19,184,000 from bond proceeds to the Public Facilities Authority for a grant to the city of Oronoco to construct the wastewater collection, conveyance, and treatment system and associated water distribution improvements.

• Authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to $20,384,000 to provide funding for these appropriations.

• Neither appropriation requires a nonstate match, and any remaining design and engineering funds may be applied to construction purposes.

• Becomes effective the day following final enactment.
