Authorizes statutory and home rule charter cities in Minnesota to enact ordinances regulating pesticide application warning information and prohibitions, including their own licensing, penalty, and enforcement provisions.

Prohibits cities from enacting pesticide application warning ordinances more restrictive than state standards outlined in subdivisions 3 and 4.

Bans application or use of pollinator-lethal pesticides within city geographic boundaries, defined as pesticides with a pollinator protection box or pollinator/bee/honey bee precautionary statement on the label or labeling.

Exempts pet care products for fleas, mites, ticks, and heartworms; personal care products for lice and bedbugs; and indoor pest control products including ant bait from the pollinator-lethal pesticide prohibition.

Requires the commissioner to maintain a list of pollinator-lethal pesticides on the department's website.
