Ratifies nine labor agreements between the state of Minnesota and various employee organizations, submitted to the Legislative Coordinating Commission Subcommittee on Employee Relations between September 24, 2019 and February 3, 2020.

Ratified agreements cover: American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees Council 5; Minnesota Association of Professional Employees; AFSCME Unit 225 Radio Communications Operators; Middle Management Association; Minnesota State University Association of Administrative and Service Faculty; Inter Faculty Organization; AFSCME Unit 8 Corrections Officers; State Residential Schools Education Association; and Minnesota State College Faculty.

Ratifies the MnSCU Personnel Plan for Administrators, submitted December 10, 2019.

Sections 1 and 2 become effective the day following final enactment.
