Commissioner of human services shall award $2,713,000 in one-time grants for fiscal year 2021 from the Opiate Epidemic Response Account.

Award $1,101,000 total for naloxone distribution: $367,000 each to Rural AIDS Action Network, Commissioner of Health, and Steve Rummler HOPE Network for statewide naloxone kit distribution and training.

Award $412,000 total for Extension for Community Health Outcomes (ECHO) programs: $112,000 to Hennepin Healthcare for Native American ECHO hub, $100,000 to CHI St. Gabriel's Health, and $200,000 to Wayside Recovery Center for women's behavioral health ECHO hub.

Award $200,000 total for expansion and enhancement of care to four organizations: Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe, American Indian Family Center, Community Health Worker Alliance, and Northwest Indian Community Development Center ($50,000 each).

Award $1,000,000 total for medication-assisted treatment programs: $130,000 to Native American Community Clinic, $150,000 to St. Louis County, and $144,000 each to five community organizations serving African American and other unreached populations.
