Appropriates $600,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the commissioner of natural resources for a flood hazard mitigation grant to Scott County for publicly owned capital improvements on McMahon Lake.

Authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to $600,000 to fund the appropriation.

Bond sale and issuance follows Minnesota Statutes sections 16A.631 to 16A.675 and Minnesota Constitution article XI, sections 4 to 7.

Effective the day following final enactment.
