Ratifies labor agreements between the state of Minnesota and 11 employee organizations, including the American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees (Council 5 and Units 8 and 225), Minnesota Nurses Association, and Minnesota State College Faculty, submitted between September 24, 2019 and April 13, 2020.

Ratifies five compensation plans: the MnSCU Personnel Plan for Administrators, Commissioner's Plan for unrepresented employees, Managerial Plan, Office of Higher Education Unclassified Personnel Compensation Plan, and MNsure compensation plan, submitted between March 2 and December 10, 2019.

Becomes effective the day following final enactment.
