Recognizes World Down Syndrome Day on Saturday, March 21, 2020, established by Down Syndrome International to raise awareness and support for people with Down syndrome worldwide

Commends three Minnesota organizations—the Down Syndrome Association of Minnesota, Gigi's Playhouse, and Jack's Basket—for their work raising awareness and advocating for the rights and inclusion of Minnesotans with Down syndrome

Acknowledges that people with Down syndrome in Minnesota are active citizens who contribute to their communities and deserve opportunities to develop their abilities, participate in meaningful work, and participate in community life

Directs the Secretary of the Senate to prepare and transmit an enrolled copy of the resolution to the three named organizations
