Terminates the COVID-19 peacetime emergency declared by Governor Walz under Executive Order 20-01 on March 13, 2020, using legislative authority under Minnesota Statutes section 12.31, subdivision 2, paragraph (b).

References that the Legislature appropriated $519,120,000 to support hospitals, clinics, medical professionals, first responders, and Minnesotans responding to COVID-19.

Expresses concerns that continuation of executive orders suspending business activities has caused hundreds of thousands of job losses, economic disruption, and potential social harms including mental health complications and increased isolation.

Directs the Chief Clerk of the House to prepare an authenticated copy of the resolution and transmit it to the Governor, with signatures from the House Speaker and Senate Rules and Administration Committee Chair.
