• Legislature exercises authority under Minnesota Statutes, section 12.31, subdivision 2, paragraph (b), to terminate the peacetime emergency declared under Executive Order 20-01 on March 13, 2020.

• Peacetime emergency had been extended multiple times: by the Executive Council on March 16, 2020; by Executive Order 20-53 on May 13, 2020 (extended to June 12, 2020); and again by Executive Order on June 12, 2020.

• Chief Clerk of the House of Representatives directed to prepare an enrolled copy authenticated by the Speaker of the House, Chair of the Senate Rules and Administration Committee, and Secretary of the Senate, then transmit to the Governor.
