Amends Laws 2019, chapter 64, article 1, section 2, subdivision 24, regarding concurrent enrollment course funding.

$225,000 per fiscal year (2020-2021) funds grants to develop new concurrent enrollment courses meeting career and technical education standards, with a base of $225,000 annually for fiscal year 2022 and later.

$115,000 per fiscal year (2020-2021) funds grants to postsecondary institutions to expand existing concurrent enrollment programs, with preference given to programs at capacity and a base of $115,000 annually for fiscal year 2022 and later.

$340,000 in fiscal year 2021 is a one-time grant to Lakes Country Services Cooperative for the statewide concurrent enrollment teacher training program.

Commissioner must submit annual reports by December 1 to legislative committee chairs detailing courses developed, programs expanded, and student enrollment numbers.
