$28,909,000 appropriated in fiscal year 2021 to repay the federal Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services for overpayments made to Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe ($14,666,000) and White Earth Band of Ojibwe ($14,242,000) for self-administered medication-assisted treatment from fiscal years 2014-2019.

$8,812,000 appropriated in fiscal year 2021 to reimburse counties for the county share of ineligible federal funding claims for substance use disorder services in institutions for mental disease paid between January 1, 2014 and June 30, 2019, allocated proportionally based on each county's estimated share.
