Licensed organizations must report any required audits to the Gambling Control Board in electronic format at the same time audits are submitted to the Commissioner of Revenue.

Veterans and fraternal clubs may loan lawful gambling funds to their general accounts for emergency expenditures with director approval, with loans requiring repayment within one calendar year and suspension of gambling activities until repaid; applications must be submitted within 90 days of the governor's emergency authority expiring.

Organizations failing to expend 30 percent of gross profits annually on lawful purposes (or 20 percent for bingo-focused organizations) for fiscal year 2019 are automatically placed on two-year probation effective July 1, 2020, with potential license suspension or civil penalties if minimum is not met by fiscal year 2021.

The 30-day credit limit for lawful gambling equipment sales is suspended during the governor's emergency executive authority period, effective retroactively from March 17, 2020.

Annual license expiration dates are extended two calendar months for licenses effective April 1, 2020; the $150 exempt activity application fee is waived for 60 days after emergency authority ends; and the 90-day gambling manager training requirement is extended 60 days after emergency authority ends.
