Amends Minnesota Statutes 2018, section 13.32, subdivision 3, to permit disclosure of educational data to tribal nations about tribally enrolled or descendant students.

Allows school districts and charter schools to share private educational data with tribal nations to support the educational attainment of students.

Adds new clause (r) to the list of permitted private data disclosures for educational institutions.

Applies to students who are tribally enrolled or descendants of tribal nations.
