Appropriates $635,000 from bond proceeds to design renovation of the main building allied health space and addition of technical trade and applied learning labs at Pine Technical and Community College.

Appropriates $2,500,000 from bond proceeds for campus improvements at Minneapolis Community and Technical College to accommodate manufacturing and trades training in collaboration with a nonprofit partner serving underserved youth.

Authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to $3,135,000 total to fund both appropriations according to Minnesota Statutes sections 16A.631 to 16A.675 and Minnesota Constitution article XI, sections 4 to 7.

Both sections become effective the day following final enactment.
