Amends Laws 2019, chapter 64, article 1, section 2, subdivision 24 to modify appropriations for concurrent enrollment courses and teacher training programs.

Allocates $225,000 in fiscal year 2020 for grants to develop new concurrent enrollment courses that satisfy career and technical education elective standards, with $225,000 per year as the base starting in fiscal year 2022.

Allocates $115,000 in fiscal year 2020 for grants to postsecondary institutions to expand existing concurrent enrollment programs, with preference given to programs at capacity and $115,000 per year as the base starting in fiscal year 2022.

Requires annual reports to legislative committees by December 1 detailing courses developed, programs expanded, and student enrollment numbers for both grant categories.

Provides a onetime appropriation of $340,000 in fiscal year 2021 to Lakes Country Services Cooperative for the statewide concurrent enrollment teacher training program.
