The city of Maple Plain is authorized to establish a redevelopment tax increment financing district within two specific parcels identified as PID numbers 2411824340069 and 2411824340028.

The district is deemed to automatically meet all requirements under Minnesota Statutes, section 469.174, subdivision 10.

The standard five-year rule under Minnesota Statutes, section 469.1763, subdivision 3, is extended to a ten-year period for this district.

Authority to approve a tax increment financing plan under this provision expires on December 31, 2025.

The bill becomes effective the day after the city of Maple Plain's governing body and chief clerical officer comply with Minnesota Statutes, section 645.021.
