Amends Laws 2018, chapter 214, article 1, section 16, subdivision 19 to modify the railroad crossing safety appropriation for Hennepin County.

Total appropriation of $1,200,000 for grants to Hennepin County or affected cities to construct railroad crossing safety improvements.

Designates $350,000 for crossings at Townline Road and marked County Road 19 in the city of Loretto.

Allocates at least $450,000 for crossings at marked Road 116/County Road 115 and Arrowhead Drive in the city of Medina, and at least $400,000 for crossings at East Lake Street and Barry Avenue in the city of Wayzata.

Any unspent appropriation remaining after project completion is available for the purposes of this subdivision upon written notice to the commissioner of management and budget.
