• Terminates the peacetime emergency declared by Governor Walz under Executive Order 20-01 on March 13, 2020, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, section 12.31, subdivision 2, paragraph (b).

• Legislature exercises its authority to end the peacetime emergency that had been previously extended by Executive Orders 20-35, 20-53, and subsequent extensions through June 12, 2020.

• Chief Clerk of the House of Representatives directed to prepare an enrolled copy authenticated by the Speaker of the House, Chair of the Senate Rules and Administration Committee, and Secretary of the Senate, then transmit to the Governor.
