Extends the Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women Task Force appropriation availability from June 30, 2021 to allow continued spending of $105,000 in the first year and $45,000 in the second year for task force expenses.

Delays the task force final report deadline to December 15, 2020, with a proposed implementation structure with amendments and addendums due to legislative committees no later than June 30, 2021.

Extends the task force expiration date from December 31, 2020 to June 30, 2021, allowing the task force to continue operations and complete its work.

Requires the task force report to include recommendations to reduce and end violence against indigenous women and girls and to help victims and communities heal from gender violence.

Reduces appropriations for the Office of Justice Programs from $40,147,000 to $40,082,000 in general fund allocations.
