Establishes optional veterans stable housing initiative allowing the commissioner to provide resources and support to assist homeless veterans in obtaining or maintaining stable housing.

Classifies data in the Homeless Veteran Registry as private and limits sharing to the Minnesota Interagency Council on Homelessness and Homeless Veteran Registry partners for homelessness prevention coordination.

Makes technical corrections to the Minnesota GI Bill program by clarifying language in eligibility requirements and benefit calculations across subdivisions 4, 5, 5a, and 5b.

Authorizes the commissioner to make available dental services for veterans homes residents and provide adult day care center programs offering therapeutic and rehabilitation services to veterans and their caregivers.

Renumbers existing GI Bill program subdivisions 5a, 5b, and 6 to become subdivisions 6, 7, and 8 respectively.
