Requires election officials to provide notice to the secretary of state of voting system test times, dates, and places at least three weeks in advance, changing public notice requirement from two days to three weeks.

Directs the secretary of state to compile lists of all voting system tests by county and post them on the website as soon as practicable, along with the number of election judges by party affiliation present at each test.

Effective date is January 1, 2021.
