Amends Laws 2020, chapter 70, article 3, section 1, to extend the expiration date of telemedicine coverage provisions from February 1, 2021, to June 30, 2021.

Includes a patient's residence as a valid "originating site" for telemedicine services under Minnesota Statutes, section 62A.671, subdivision 7.

Requires health carriers to provide equal coverage for telemedicine services delivered to a patient at their residence without exclusions or reduced coverage compared to in-person services.

Includes delivery of health care services or consultations between a patient at their residence and a licensed health care provider at a distant site within the definition of "telemedicine" under Minnesota Statutes, section 256B.0625, subdivision 3b, paragraph (d).

Takes effect the day following final enactment.
