• Amends Minnesota Statutes 2020, section 203B.081, subdivision 1 regarding in-person absentee voting locations and timing.

• Eligible voters may vote by absentee ballot at the county auditor's office and any other polling places designated by the county auditor during the 46 days before an election.

• Any additional polling places designated by the county auditor must be located at a precinct polling place as designated under section 204B.16.

• Additional polling places must be open for in-person absentee voting during the entire absentee voting period and maintain the same days and hours as the county auditor's office.
