Prohibits persons from electioneering within a polling place or within 100 feet of the building housing a polling place on primary or election day.

Defines "electioneer" to include displaying campaign material, posting signs, asking for a particular vote, and wearing apparel with candidate or political party names that appear on the ballot.

Prohibits wearing or displaying apparel, buttons, stickers, or pins that directly reference ballot questions.

Allows distribution of "I VOTED" stickers as an exception to electioneering prohibitions.

Applies to absentee voting areas established by county auditors or municipal clerks and becomes effective July 1, 2021.
