• Leads must establish a clearinghouse providing resources on grant opportunities, community-based services, model policies, professional development, and best practices for mental health education.

• Leads must coordinate with Regional Centers of Excellence, Department of Health, Department of Human Services, Minnesota School Safety Center, and other agencies to identify training and resources for schools.
