Amends Minnesota Statutes section 363A.11, subdivision 2, to add closed-captioned television as a required accommodation for deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals at places of public accommodation.

Makes it unlawful discrimination to fail to provide closed-captioned television when television services are provided to other individuals.

Applies to all places of public accommodation covered under Minnesota's disability discrimination laws.

Implementation deadline of August 1, 2023, for all public accommodation providers to comply with the closed-captioning requirement.
