Allows brewers licensed under Minnesota Statutes section 340A.301, subdivision 6, clauses (c), (i), or (j), that produce 7,500 barrels or less of malt liquor annually to obtain an off-sale license for malt liquor produced and packaged at their licensed premises.

Malt liquor sold under this off-sale license is exempt from the annual barrel limit imposed in section 340A.28, subdivision 1.

Requires malt liquor packaged for off-sale to be in containers sized between 12 and 64 ounces and compliant with Minnesota Rules, parts 7515.1080 to 7515.1120.

All other requirements of Minnesota liquor law in chapter 340A apply, except where inconsistent with this new section.

Effective the day following final enactment.
