Requires amounts paid by enrollees under this provision to count toward applicable deductible amounts under their health plan.

Does not require health plan companies to pay for out-of-network provider services or services not covered under the enrollee's health plan.

Defines "negotiated provider payment" as the payment amount the provider agrees to accept under their contract with the health plan company for services provided to covered enrollees.
